Drum - Mill Hill

I adore these little kits.  They make ornaments or magnets, done on perforated paper (14 ct) and featuring beading.  They look fantastic and they are so, so easy to stitch.  Also, they travel amazingly well - the whole thing packs up into a small bag, they provide everything but the scissors, and the instructions only fold out to be about a page.  Perfect for stitching on a plane.

This one is from a wonderful series of instruments decorated for Christmas.  I will have to pull out and photograph the others (two of them still need me to string up beads for the hangers!) but they are all wonderful.

(I really am addicted to these kits.  I have ...a nontrivial number.  I generally pack between 3-5 a trip, so I always have one to do.  The only thing I don't do while traveling is the beading, so I build up a pile of almost-completes and then get to do the beading at home.)
